NOTE: Apple did not provide sufficient support for USB cameras until Mac OSX 10.4. If you do not have at least 10.4, you will not be able to use the Logitech camera.
Logitech does not "officially" support the Macintosh, but there is a free resource that works with many USB webcams. It is called Macam:

Install Macam by downloading the dmg file.
Now, in many applications, you will see the Logitech camera as well as the iSight camera that came with your Mac laptop. One really GREAT application, and one that allows Picture-In-Picture (to use both your iSight AND the Logitech) is CamTwist. There is an excellent resource available here:
